My Name is Niah, and I run on lattes and low expectations. If you’re a professional parent drowning in the beautiful chaos of two under two, you are exactly where you need to be. My job as an Operations Manager demands efficiency, but applying those logistics to my home—where sticky fingers and non-existent sleep rule—is a whole different beast. This blog is my survival guide, built on the simple, scalable minimalist systems I designed to keep my sanity (and my career) intact.

Lately, I felt like my toddler was in charge, and our day-to-day had no real structure – it was becoming a bit . . . chaotic! I was losing myself trying to keep up with the never-ending hustle and mess.

I’m not a strict minimalist. I’m inspired by the ideals of minimalism and Montessori—I just want us to live happy, healthy, simple lives that aren’t bogged down by things and stress.

If I’m being honest? I’m deep in the “Caffeine Creepiness”, too. Sometimes I wear the same nursing bras for almost a week straight. They stink, but it’s that sweet boob milk smell, and honestly, I’ve grown to like the sweet stink of survival. You are not alone.
